『광장』의 문학교과서 수록 양상 연구
초록
본고는 2011 개정 문학교과서 분석을 통해 『광장』이 문학교과서에 수록된 양상을 분석하여 그에 내포된 문제를 비판적으로 고찰하고자 했다. 이를 위해 본고는 문학교과서에 수록된 『광장』 판본의 문제점을 검토하였다. 검토 결과 현행 문학교과서 중 『광장』이 수록된 7종 교과서는 1976년 문학과지성사 출간본 이후의 판본 중 하나를 특별한 기준 없이 수록하고 있거나, 전집본이 아닌 편집본을 수록하고 있다. 특히 다수의 교과서가 작가본이 아닌 편집본을 텍스트로 선정한 부분은 개선될 필요가 있다. 본고는 『광장』의 개작과 관련된 서지 정보를 확인하고, 각 교과서에 수록된 텍스트의 판본을 비교 분석하여, 『광장』의 개작과 판본 문제가 학습자들이 텍스트의 전모를 통합적으로 이해하는 데 매우 중요한 배경지식이라는 점을 강조하고자 했다. 또한 본고는 부분 수록 텍스트와 대단원 및 학습 목표의 유기적 상관성을 검토하여 문학교육에서 『광장』이 어떠한 방식으로 활용되는지를 비판적으로 분석하였다. 대단원과 수록 지문의 유기성 문제는 『광장』이 문학교육 제재로서 어떤 방식으로 활용되고 있는가를 보여주는 것이라 할 수 있다. 분석 결과 실제 각 교과서의 대단원 및 학습목표와 수록 작품 및 지문 사이의 유기성에 대한 고려가 필요함을 확인할 수 있다. 이들 사이의 유기적 상관성을 고려한 작품, 지문 선정이 이루어져야 하며, 아울러 대단원이 표방하는 명제에 부합하는 학습목표와 학습내용이 신중하게 제시되어야 한다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the aspects of the Square(1960) wrtten by Choi Inhun by analyzing the revised literature textbooks in 2011. To do so, this study reviewed the problems with the edition of the Square in the literary textbooks. As a result of the review, the seven types of textbooks contain one of the editions after the 1976 edition without any specific standards. In particular, many of them contain the selection of compilation edition, and this problem has to be improved urgently. This study checks correct information related to adaptation the Square and analyzes the versions of text in each textbook. This study emphasizes that the adaptations and editions is a very important background knowledge in integrated understanding of this work. In addition, this study critically analyzed how the Square was utilized in literary education by reviewing the organic correlation between text and major unit and learning objectives. The questions of the organic correlation of the text and the major unit show how the Square is being used as a literary text. The analysis shows that the major unit and learning objectives of each textbook in practice and the consideration of the organic between the work are needed. Also selections of text should be made carefully, considering the major unit proposal and the learning objectives, content.
